Job Summary: The purpose and objective of this safety sensitive position is to ensure all dishes, utensils and cookware are washed organized and kitchen area is kept clean and free from garbage through the supervision of the Kitchen Manager with additional input from the Director ofOperations.
The Hospitality Associate -Utility (Dishwasher) is a part time partial benefited position working between 20-25 hours per week
Essential duties:
• Operate dish machine and disposal
• Monitor dishwashing equipment for proper performance
• Wash and organize dishes, utensils and cookware
• Keep floors cleaned and garbage emptied
• Assist with regular kitchen cleaning and maintenance
• Assist with food prep
• Assist with organization of food deliveries
• Assist servers with dining room set-up
• Other duties as assigned
