What You'll Do:
* Operate and monitor state-of-the-art automated packaging equipment, including palletizers and conveyors
* Ensure smooth material flow and compliance with safety protocols
* Inspect products for quality and accuracy, keeping our standards high
* Troubleshoot equipment and perform minor adjustments to keep production running
* Rotate between lines and positions, supporting your team and learning new skills
* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace (6S compliance)
* Document and verify inventory transactions in JDE and Docushare
* Wear required PPE and uphold cGMP standards

What You'll Bring:
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* Strong communication and analytical skills
* Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, automated environment
* Team player attitude with the ability to work independently
* Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and automated systems
* Willingness to learn and grow with us
Physical & Work Environment:
* Frequent standing, walking, and lifting (up to 30 lbs.)
* Production floor setting with hands-on equipment monitoring
