About the Role

We are excited to invite a dynamic and experienced Senior Vice President of Manufacturing Operations to our team. This key leadership position is responsible for the strategic direction and efficient management of our manufacturing processes. If you are a results-driven leader with a passion for safety, LEAN methodologies, and continuous improvement, we want to hear from you!

The perfect candidate will possess a minimum of 15 years of progressively responsible experience in operations, including at least 5 years in the aluminum extrusion industry. You will have a proven history of industrial and operational leadership across multiple facilities.

Working closely with the President, you will ensure that our operational activities are aligned with the company's strategic objectives. You will spearhead the development and implementation of efficient systems designed to meet both current and future business needs.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and communicating strategic manufacturing plans.
• Implementing LEAN and Six Sigma practices to optimize efficiency.
• Overseeing the management of all company assets to enhance production capabilities.
• Leading a large team to achieve rigorous cost and delivery targets.
• Fostering collaboration among operations, sales, and customer service teams.
• Driving talent development to promote a high-performance culture.

The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in quality management systems such as ISO and NADCAP, hold a Six Sigma Black Belt certification, and demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
