As a Finance Consultant / Finance Manager, you will support our clients in transforming their financial processes and tackling strategic challenges, positioning yourself as a true business partner.

You will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer and work closely with our two Founding Partners, benefiting from their leadership and financial expertise.

Your responsibilities

• Accounting and administration (AP, AR, GL)
• FP&A (dashboards, budgeting, KPI analysis)
• Management control and treasury operations
• Digital transformation and Odoo implementation
• Strategic support and client development

Profile

• Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years' experience as Finance Manager, Deputy CFO, or in equivalent finance roles (background in accounting and management control across multiple industries is highly valued)
• Previous consulting experience is a strong plus
• Fluency in English, spoken and written
• Strong interest in digital tools (Odoo knowledge is an advantage)
• Excellent interpersonal skills, initiative, entrepreneurial spirit, and solution-oriented mindset
