Staffmark is looking for a hands-on, mechanically skilled Maintenance Apprentice to support facility operations in Russellville, AR. If you have experience with machine maintenance and enjoy solving problems to keep production running smoothly, this could be your next career step. Pay: $20/hour (depending on experience) Shift: 1st Shift | 5:00 AM - 5:00 PM As a Maintenance Apprentice, you'll assist with maintaining and repairing mechanical equipment to ensure safe and efficient production. You'll play a key role in preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and responding to machinery issues. Responsibilities: Perform daily inspections and preventative maintenance on production equipment Safely repair and troubleshoot mechanical systems as needed Monitor and maintain gas systems and related equipment Follow all safety protocols, including PPE, lockout/tagout, confined space, and Haz.
