Are you mechanically inclined and ready to grow with a company that values learning and long-term success? Staffmark is hiring a Mold Setter for a well-established packaging manufacturer in Atkins, AR, with over 100 years of industry excellence.

Pay: $19.00 - $25.00/hour (based on experience)

Schedule: 2nd Shift | Monday - Friday

What You'll Do:

• Set up and monitor production machines according to the daily schedule
• Review production orders and ensure machines meet all specifications (safety, quality, material, etc.)
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and ensure timely, accurate order processing
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Requirements:

• Previous mechanical or mold setting experience preferred
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and production specs
• Strong attention to detail and safety practices
