You Will:

• You will process and update information, training and tools for supervisory and clerical employees.

• You will create a safe, clean, and efficient work environment that ensures quality and cost-effective handling of CFF's finished product.

• You will coordinate all phases of Shipping Department operations with all other departments to maximize efficiency and quality plant wide.

• You will create picking lists from sales order STO, top sheets from STO's and PO's, confirming authorized shipments into and out of warehouse.

• You will compare identifying information and counts/weights against incoming and outgoing shipments to verify the accuracy of all receiving and shipping documents for authorized shipments (picking lists, top sheets, trailer inspection forms, inbound/outbound bill of ladings).

• You will verify bill of lading matches warehouse documentation, STO's, PO's and picking lists.

• You will verify inventory availability and schedule/confirm pick up/delivery appointments.

• You will follow up on late, no-show appointments, trailer needs, material issues.

• You will communicate issues and follow up with replenishment planners, transportation and customer service representatives.

• You will maintain good relationship with carriers and customers.

Qualifications:

• Must be available to work all shifts.

• Two+ years of experience.

• Must have operations math experience such as frequency distribution, test reliability, variance.

• Must wear all required PPE.

Compensation:

The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee's actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees' equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
