Job Summary
Reporting to the Plant Finance Manager, you will provide customer service to store customers; establish relationships with other groups and vendors to obtain a variety of product for the store; lead the completion of all requests to obtain product for different functions; complete company store audits, maintains security and ensures sanitation in the store; Stocks shelves to achieve maximum sales.
Position Responsibilities
- Responsible for food safety and quality
- Total daily sales and make deposits
- Fill orders for customers in a helpful, pleasant manner
- Stock freezer and store shelves
- Check temperature of freezer/meat cooler daily
- Maintain store in a clean, functional order
- Report any dysfunctional equipment for repair
Position Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- One to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience;
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
- Ability to write simple correspondence
- Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions; Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations
Physical Requirements
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The employee frequently is required to stand and walk. The employee is occasionally required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, and feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; taste and smell. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. The employee will be exposed to a noisy environment that varies from hot to cold in temperature. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Monday: 5:45a- 2:15p
Tuesday: 8:45a-5:15p
Saturday: 5:45a-2:15p

Compensation:
Pay Range:$37,000-$48,000
The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee's actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees' equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
