As a Store Manager Trainee, youll train on all aspects of successfully running a store in preparation for managing your own store. Responsibilities include supervising daily store activities, ensuring overall performance, staffing, scheduling, developing operational plans, and mentoring the team.

Position Details

• Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 45 hours/week
• Starting Wage: $26.50/hour
• Potential Year 1 Earnings: Up to $97,000 (salary + bonus)

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core competencies and professional skills
• Supervise store operations and team performance
• Communicate company values and foster teamwork
• Handle customer concerns and ensure store presentation
• Assist in hiring, training, and performance evaluations
• Manage budgets, payroll, and store inventory
• Ensure safety and compliance with policies
• Other duties as assigned

Physical & Job Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and perform physical tasks
• Must be 18+ years old
• Ability to operate store equipment and provide excellent customer service
• Experience in retail management preferred
