Job Description:

Pay Range $60hr - $65hr

Duties:

• Taking the lead on running a monthly webinar series featuring various products for Client's customers.
• Review weekly lead data to ensure accuracy of documented marketing activities.
• Update weekly marketing reports measuring the effectiveness of marketing programs on the business.
• Compile marketing program highlights from across the organization and update supporting tools.
• Compile marketing program highlights from across the organization and provide regular updates to our internal stakeholders.
• Support AMS Marketing Program Manager with pre and post event activities including but not limited to.
• Event platform updates (i.e. registration, web page builds and updates, speaker bios, company information, speaking abstracts, etc).
• Inventory management and oversight of company store (branded items, shirts, pens, etc).
• Pre-event logistics management (create purchase orders, budget management, audience acquisition tactics, registration list cleanliness) .
• Post-event logistics management (lead list imports, submission of feedback forms)
• Helping to plan internal meetings (agendas, calendar holds, meeting recording)
• Managing updates for the team on the Marketing Calendar.

• Strong project management skills, ambitious, and has the ability to perform in a fast- paced and high-energy environment.
• Experienced with tools including MSOffice, Salesforce, SplashThat, Google Applications (if formulas, vlookup, power pivot, Google Appscript).
• Marketing experience preferred: managing contracts, analytical thinker, and process driven.
• Good communication and writing skills; personable.
