One to one and group training of DCFS new and seasoned staff. Extensive travel in 14 counties in Arkansas. Assist with DCFS field placement and internship student education. Support DCFS training initiatives as requested through the Academic Partnership in Public Child Welfare. This is a twelve-month position funded through grants and subcontracts and is renewed on an annual basis; continued employment is contingent on funding. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Responsible for field coordination of all training activities in assigned regional training area. Develop, maintain and supervise undergraduate students in DCFS field sites as requested. Provide case management education, mentoring and field education to new DCFS staff, new supervisors and experienced staff as requested and per developed protocols and standards.
