Project Delivery Model (PDM) is a talent model that is tailored specifically for long-term, onsite client service delivery.ResponsibilitiesMonitor all system alerts and help to resolve complex issues in system hardware and software.Proactively maintain and develop all Linux/Unix infrastructure technology to maintain a 24x7x365 uptime service.Engineer systems administration-related solutions for various project and operational needs.Maintain best practices on managing systems and services across all environments.Conduct fault finding, analysis, and logging information for reporting of performance exceptions.Proactively monitor system performance and capacity planning.Manage, coordinate, and implement software upgrades, patches, and hot fixes on servers, workstations, and network hardware.Create and modify scripts or applications to perform tasks.Provide input on ways to improve the stability, security, efficiency, and scalability of the environment.Evaluate all papers per system requirements, as well as all design and development activities, and administrate all sophisticated processes.Create an infrastructure to handle all business requirements and execute frequent system troubleshooting to fix all difficulties.Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and/or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management.The TeamOur Core Technology Operations (CTO) team offers differentiated operate services for our clients with solutions to help organizations scale and optimize critical business operations, drive speed to outcome, deliver business transformation, and build resilience in an uncertain future.QualificationsRequired5+ years of hands-on experience in Linux/Unix administration support experience in production environments with strong hands-on experience in Troubleshooting, Patching, and upgrades.In-depth knowledge of Linux: RedHat, AIX, CentOS, SUSE, etc.Expert in Shell, Perl, and/or Python scripting.Solid knowledge of protocols such as DNS, HTTP, LDAP, SMTP, and SNMP.Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience.Live near or willing to relocate to Springdale, AR.
