We are seeking qualified candidates for a Cleaning Technician for our corporate office in Russellville, AR.

This is an opportunity for a highly motivated and detail orientated individual to ensure the facility is maintained in a healthy, safe, and sanitary manner. This position reports to the Human Resources Generalist.

Key Responsibilities for this position include:

• Clean by dusting, mopping, sweeping, washing, vacuuming, disinfecting, or scrubbing all surfaces of furniture, floors, counters, fixtures, and other surfaces.
• Maintain inventory on all cleaning supplies and communicate when supplies need to be ordered.
• Store cleaning equipment and supplies in a safe and orderly manner.
• Clear and clean waste containers in all areas and dispose of all waste and recyclables.
• Report any repairs needed to maintenance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have the following:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Possess effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail oriented and organized.
• Ability to work efficiently and effectively with minimal supervision.
• Ability to perform duties within a determined time frame.
• Exhibit a friendly and helpful demeanor towards others.
• Reliability is required.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to sit or stand in a stationary position up to 100% of the time.
• Must be able to walk in an office and production environment up to 100% of the time.
• Must be able to exchange accurate and concise information verbally in person and on the phone.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
